Dec

More than 4 million young people experience unaccompanied homelessness in the course of a year, according to a new study from the University of Chicago. One in 30 youth ages 13-17 experienced a form of homelessness over a 12-month period. Homelessness is more common in young adults; one in 10 people aged 18 to 25 experience homelessness in the course of a year. The study also found that African American youth are 82 percent more likely to experience homelessness. For more information click here.
