According to a recent CDC survey, only one third of Americans use condoms. According to the health experts, condoms are not the best method of birth control, but they do help prevent Sexually-Transmitted Diseases (STDs). The researchers interviewed 11,300 women and more than 9,300 men about condom use between September 2011 and September 2015. Condom use has been shown to vary by demographic factors such as age, race and ethnicity, education, and relationship status.
