NCFCS was founded on the belief that communities have the answers — they just need the infrastructure to make those answers legible and durable. Two decades in, the world has changed: funding is less predictable, policy windows are shorter, and community trust in institutions is harder earned than ever.
So we reengineered. Not to be trendy, but to be honest about what durable change actually requires in the world as it is.
